Terms of Use

Effective September 5, 2026 · Private operator workspace

These terms govern authorized use of Hellier.ai MediaOS, Hellier’s private media production workspace. Contact agent@hellier.ai with questions.

1. Authorized use

Use MediaOS only if Hellier has authorized your access. You must have permission to manage any account, channel, or media you connect. Keep your sign-in credentials private, use available account protections, and report suspected unauthorized access.

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to infringe others’ rights, impersonate others, deceive viewers, distribute malicious material, or bypass platform safeguards.

2. YouTube and other services

MediaOS uses YouTube API Services. By using MediaOS’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s services are also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Read and accept the MediaOS Privacy Policy before using its connected-account features. Google separately presents the permissions requested for your selected channel. The availability of a connection does not transfer ownership of that channel to Hellier.

3. Content and publishing decisions

You are responsible for the content and publishing actions you authorize, including the destination account, title, description, schedule, visibility, rights to media, and required audience or synthetic-media disclosures.

AI-generated research, scripts, images, audio, and video can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review sources and output before approving publication. MediaOS does not guarantee accuracy, originality, audience reach, monetization, or platform approval.

Automatic publishing must follow the settings authorized by the operator. Stop a schedule or connection if you no longer want it to operate. Actions already accepted by an external service may need to be managed through that service.

4. Content permissions

You retain whatever rights you hold in material you provide. You authorize Hellier and the service providers needed for your requested workflow to store, process, render, and transmit that material for those purposes. An upload to YouTube is also subject to the permissions and licenses in YouTube’s terms.

Do not upload confidential or restricted material unless you are authorized to use it with every service involved. Some production outputs use shareable delivery links, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and ending access

MediaOS and its integrations may change or become unavailable. Google can impose quotas, require verification, limit uploads, or revoke access. A publishing schedule is not a guarantee that an external service will accept or display content at a particular time.

Hellier may restrict access to protect the workspace or address misuse. You can stop using MediaOS and revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions. Contact Hellier to request deletion of stored account data; deleting MediaOS data does not itself delete your YouTube content.

6. Changes and contact

Updated terms will be posted here. Material changes affecting connected-account use will be presented for review before the affected use continues. Questions can be sent to agent@hellier.ai.
